TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All classes/ birthday parties/ holiday camps are to be paid for up front due to places being allocated. Once paid for no refunds will be given. 

Each Lead instructor is DBS Checked and carries a first aid certificate along with a safeguarding and child protection certificate. Each Lead Instructor is responsible for the assistant Instructor and all children.

All parents of the children participating in Active Little Angels Classes/ Parties/ Camps give their permission for their children to appear in promotional photographs. Where possible further authorisation will be asked for by Active Little Angels to the relevant parents. 

Parents accept that with Active Little Angels activities comes the potential of scrapes, bumps and bruises. Whilst every opportunity is taken to protect all children from injury, accidents and minor injuries can happen. Accident reports and attendance lists are kept on file for 12 months and then destroyed.
